Personal Training

Get one on one sessions with a commited and qualified physical training expert who will be with you every step of the way in your fitness journey. Our team of personal traininers will accomodate your workout schedule, and if you don't have one, we'll help you create one. Consistency, focus, and dedication are the three foundations to a happy and successful fitness journey, whether you're training for an event, trying to get ready for summer fun time, or just looking to improve your overall health. Not sure what you're doing, or how to begiin your fitness journey? Our staff specialize in helping people identify and achieve their fitness goals!

Nutrition Planning

We are what we eat, and when you're trying to achieve any fitness goal big or small. Proper diet planning and habit forming will play an important role. Our staff can help you create your very own personalized nutrition plan for your fitness goals!

Safety

Unfortunately, many people end their fitness journey too early due to an injury from not understanding how to do certain movements. Not only will we help lay out a workout plan for you, but we'll also teach and instruct you on how to use proper form for all the movements we recommend! No more guess work for your gym time!

Never Go Alone!

Look, sometimes we all get bored or find an excuse not to show up. With your own personal Fitness Trainer, you'll have more than just someone to show you how to do certain movements or lay out a plan for you. You'll have a partner to be with you every step of the way!

There's a membership plan for everyone!

We get it. Not everyone is looking to be the next Ronnie Coleman. So we've created mltiple membership options so you can work out how and when you want to on a plan that works perfectly for you! We have 100% no obligation options if you'd just like to come and try out our gym, and when you find that this is the perfect gym for you, we can simply swap you to a membership option of your choice at any time!

Day Pass: $15

Pay as you go!

The simplest and easiest way for you to come get a good workout in and see if our gym is the right fit for you. No commitments, no contracts, just a simple day visit!

Weekly Pass: $30

Pay as you go, but go a little longer!

This option is perfect for people who are either just visiting, have family coming down or might need a little more than just a day to decide!

Month to Month: $62

Our most popular option!

Gym memberships on a month to month basis are the most common way for people to join a gym. The only commitment here is the one you make to yourself. But we're here to support you every step of the way!

A simple appreciation for your service!
